If you plan to use this to troubleshoot problems on-site, you should play around with it thoroughly beforehand and gain some experience. These are just examples, so it's a good idea to try and find your own method.

・Shave the tip of the handle slightly thinner than the shape of the insertion part. The diameter of the screw hole is 8 mm, so take into account that a wedge thicker than that will not fit in. Conversely, if the handle is too thick, there will not be enough room for the wedge to fit in, and it will not work.

・Use a knife to make a slit in the center of the tip of the cut-out insert. Adjust the length of the slit depending on the hardness and thickness of the handle wood.

・After inserting the handle, align the screw hole with the crack and insert the wedge. Use a hard object such as a stone to hammer it firmly into place. The handle wood will expand as the wedge is driven into it, and the inserted part will be tightly attached and fixed in place. Because the handle wood and the wedge are tightly sandwiched in between, the wedge itself also acts as a fastener, providing a double effect.

It may be necessary to take some ingenuity, such as carving the cracked area into a shape that makes it easier to insert a wedge.

★Precautions for use★

Do not "heat or cool suddenly" as this may cause the center of the main body to expand and crack. If it expands, it may rattle, but this will not affect use. Please be careful as once it expands, it cannot be corrected.

・When preheating, always use medium heat or lower. If heated at maximum heat, the bottom of the unit will deform.

・This product is baked and oiled one by one, so there may be uneven baking or spots on the body. Please note that this does not affect the use of the product. Also, when you open the package, there may be some oil remaining on the body. Please be careful not to stain your hands or clothes.
