Handling Precautions

The material used for the boneless stand is black iron. Generally, black iron is iron covered with an oxide film. Black iron is heated to over 1000°C to become iron oxide, which has the effect of preventing rust, but if it gets wet or the humidity is high, the moisture in the air can cause rust.
For maintenance, after cleaning up the ashes after a bonfire, wash it a little and dry it thoroughly.After that, we recommend applying a thin layer of sunflower oil.
The surface of black iron has many small bumps, which makes it very good at absorbing oil and is used for making iron plates, frying pans, and woks.
Red rust is the enemy of iron, but black rust can be an ally.
As the iron gradually takes on a black rust finish, it begins to look more well-used and improves its appearance.

Also, no matter how thick it is, steel will warp to some degree when exposed to heat.
To avoid this distortion as much as possible, do not remove the assembly during a bonfire or when the bonfire has died down but has not yet cooled sufficiently.
This can lead to burns and deformation of the iron.
