<YANKEE HATCHET>
This kindling hatchet features a square head and is used to make kindling. The head weighs about 600g (there may be individual differences as it is handmade by craftsmen). The straight blade makes it easy to clear branches, and the square, flat axe back makes it easy to use as a hammer.
★Traditional/Classic★
PRANDI axes are called different names depending on the type of surface finish on the head. There are two types: "Traditional" which retains the texture of the forged blade, and "Classic" which has a polished (or plated) head.
★Hickory handle★
This type of axe handle is made from American hickory, a tree of the walnut family, imported to Italy. Hickory is a wood that is widely used for axe handles because it is strong and has excellent shock absorption. *There are individual differences in the color and grain of the handle material, and some may have a different color and texture than the photo, but this does not affect the quality.
