＜German Type Axe＞

This forest axe has a gently curved blade reminiscent of a ginkgo leaf. The head weighs about 1250g (there may be individual differences as it is handmade by craftsmen). The thinly sharpened blade is excellent at cutting wood fibers vertically, making it suitable for felling trees and cutting logs. Of course, it can also be used for splitting firewood.

★Traditional/Classic★

PRANDI axes are called different names depending on the type of surface finish on the head. There are two types: "Traditional" which retains the texture of the forged blade, and "Classic" which has a polished (or plated) head.

★Ash handle★

Strictly speaking, it is a tree of the Oleaceae family called white ash. It is strong and tough, so it is used for baseball bats and canoe paddles. Of course, it is tough and hard to break, so it is undoubtedly an excellent material for axe handles. *There are individual differences in the color and grain of the handle material, and some may have a different color and texture than the photo, but this does not affect the quality.
