For many years, we have been working on the development and creation of mountain biking (MTB) culture as an "outdoor" sport. In Japan, MTB is developing as a "sport," but the recognition of it as an outdoor sport remains weak among those involved and the public. So, we wondered if we could create outdoor tools using spokes from MTBs that were scheduled to be discarded. Through trial and error, "Rakukogaku Sanso" (Enjoy Pedalling Mountain) was born. The wheel size standards for mountain bikes (for competitions) have changed over the years, and there are a large number of spokes waiting to be discarded all over the world. Can we make them useful for something? Regenerate and recycle as outdoor tools. Eco. We are committed to producing everything "manually" without using power tools or welding machines.

The long-awaited full-size version of the UKIBI series from Rakukogaku Kobo has arrived! It's surprisingly lightweight at just 115g, making it easy to carry around. The original, simple fire pit has no unnecessary decorations or functions, and brings out the best in your fire.

UKIBI is made from a unique material that reuses bicycle spokes that were scheduled to be discarded. When placed on a raft made of driftwood and floated on calm water, the upside-down bonfire takes on an even more mystical atmosphere.
