Notes

[When not in use for a while]
If you are not going to use the knife for a while, apply a thin layer of lubricating oil to it before storing it to help it stay sharp for longer. If you don't have any lubricating oil, you can use vegetable oil such as salad oil instead.

[For longer use]
The handle is made of solid natural wood. Therefore, it may expand and contract due to humidity or dryness, and the bolts may become loose. We recommend that you regularly check the bolts with a wrench and retighten them if they are loose.
