Belmont Blanket's proprietary AdventureTek fabric is soft, breathable and waterproof. The outer layer is rated 10k/8k. The waterproofing is built into the fabric, not coated, so it lasts for a long time.

There are two types of inner fabric depending on the product. Either velvety fleece or Pendleton wool is used. The fabric feels great against the skin in both winter and summer.
