This is an elastic expansion cord. It has two hooks for fixing and also functions as a swivel. It can be used to pitch a tarp or tent, and also works as a tensioner for an underquilt (included with BUSHMEN underquilts and Thermoblankets). Two expansion cords are included, each 1.25m long. The orange hooks are easy to see at night and easy to use.

One of the two hooks is fixed at the end, and the other hook can move freely on the cord, and when tension is applied to the hook, it automatically locks and functions as a swivel. There are many uses for expansion cords, and there is no set way to use them. Find the best and most convenient way for you!
