Purple Rain Adventure Skirt was founded by Mandy Purple Rain. In 2012, Mandy tried out ATC with a skirt that was easy to move and change into. She tried out various skirts on the market, but couldn't find one that she was satisfied with, so she decided to design one herself. The following summer, she completed a practical outdoor skirt and tried out PCT. This was the beginning of Purple Rain Adventure Skirt.
