This cover is suitable for 1 quart (approximately 1 liter) GI bottles. Instead of a shoulder strap, it has a belt loop so that it can be attached to a belt. It is also compatible with the MOLLE system, so if you have an Alice Keeper (clip), you can securely attach it to compatible gear. You can stack stainless steel canteen cups and stoves, so if you carry the set, you can boil water anywhere. The inside of the cover has fluffy pile, so it has some heat retention properties.
