HYDROBLU Jerry Can Water Filter HB-JC
Pressurized jerry cans were created to provide high quality water quickly and efficiently. The internal filtration system with dual internal hand pump makes it easy to filter large volumes of water while camping, traveling, or in an emergency. Pressurized jerry can water filters are lightweight and easily portable for use with almost any water source. The two-stage filter system improves the taste and clarity of your water, removing harmful bacteria, chemicals, metals, sediment, and other contaminants.
Designed to exceed EPA standards, the dual filter system features an activated carbon filter and a hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane filter. Activated carbon removes heavy metals such as iron and lead and absorbs the dirty taste of water. It removes invisible chemicals and improves water clarity. Dozens of tubes with microscopic holes (0.1 microns) allow clean water to pass through and remove 99.999% of harmful bacteria, Giardia, E. coli, protozoan cysts, Cryptosporidium, and more.
The purification process is automated by pressurizing the jerry can with a hand pump. Hand pumping is so easy that even a child can do it. An optional 0.2 micron filter is available to filter out viruses.
