"IIVARIN PUUKKO TEHDAS" from Finland, the home of PUUKKO. It is the most affordable and practical knife among traditional Scandinavian style knives. There is a famous MORA brand that is similar, but this knife has the same structure, sharpness, and durability. The cost has been reduced by narrowing down the variations with an emphasis on practicality. In addition, the Scandinavian edge, sharpened at a shallower angle than MORA, cuts into the target object sharply, and cuts copy paper vertically in the knife test very smoothly. The concept and precision are different from American mass-produced knives such as GERBER. It is also an easy knife to sharpen, so it is a good introduction to sharpening.
