Product effects and benefits

This stove is in a class of its own in the industry, having won an award at Outdoor Friedrichshafen in Germany in 2015. Its ultra-efficient, lightweight and compact design makes it a standout. The stove is made up of three stackable parts, simply titanium, which are fixed when assembled. Its exhaust system handles not only the wood, but also the wood gases in the stove with secondary and tertiary combustion, finding more fuel with less wood, burning cleaner and making it easier to light. For easy storage of the stove, we include a durable nylon bag. To complete the cooking set, fit the stove into the 1100ml or 1600ml pot. Also, the 375ml or 450ml cups can be stored inside this stove set.

Features

1. The high efficiency of this wood stove is achieved through wood gasification and multi-combustion mechanism.
2. The mechanism diagram shows the optimized air intake based on the air/heat flow calculation.
3. There are two air intakes from outside ("air 1" and "air 2" shown in the picture). "air 1" is divided into two: "air 1A" enters through a hole at the bottom of the stove; "air 1B" is heated between the double walls and enters the stove through a hole at the top of the inner cylinder. "air 2" is the air intake from a hole on the side of the upper cylinder.
4. When the wood is ignited and heated, wood gases are released from the wood by the pyrolysis process. The wood gases released from the bottom of the inner cylinder mix with "air 1A", rise, and mix with the hot air from "air 1B" and burn. This is the first combustion.
5. The wood gas cannot be completely burned in the first combustion. It then mixes with "air 2" and burns. This is the secondary combustion. After that, the remaining wood gas mixes with the air supplied from the top and continues to burn.
6. Eventually, the remaining wood will turn into a fine white powder, which indicates complete combustion.

Burning wood gas efficiently is key. Wood gas has a very high combustion value.

The stove is filled with vertically oriented sticks of wood to make optimal use of the space.

Even when the wood is tightly packed, the spacing between the bars always ensures sufficient air flow.

The more wood you pack into your stove, the longer it will burn.

Important note: It is recommended that the wood sticks are located below the top side holes of the bottom inner cylinder. These holes are for hot air ("air 1B") to enter and mix with the wood gases, so they should be left open.

If you need more wood, you can add it through the small window at the top, but try to avoid adding more wood while the stove is burning.
